Process of order

We accept orders via phone, fax or in letter too. We appreciate if the style number is indicated when ordering from the catalogue.

We ask from our new partners an permission of activity /i.e. toxin permission/. Orders placed on special foreign chemicals are to be sent to the below address in written format.  

Delivery and payment terms

We offer prompt delivery from the products we have in stock.

The ordered product can be picked up at our site at a time previously agreed on /on working days between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m./. We undertake door to door delivery as well to the address provided by the customer. In this case the customer pays the delivery costs.

Depending on the amount of purchasing you can pay in cash or buy bank transfer.
